We accept walk-ins on weekdays. You can book a day pass or half a day pass but to make sure we don't disappoint you, call or email us beforehand.
Yes, we are pet friendly. But if a client is allergic, we also want to keep it safe for them. And safety is first!

At Rare Studios, we have an in-house creative agency called Ybanez Creative Agency that offers different services like communication strategy, social media management, content creation, branding, art direction, and website design. For events, brand launches, etc, where people stand, we can hold around 70 people max.
In the event that the customer cancels a reservation within 14 days before the booked date, Rare Studios will charge 25% of the agreed price. When the customer cancels a reservation within 7 days before the booked date, Rare Studios will charge 50% of the agreed price. When the customer cancels a reservation within 3 days before the booked date, Rare Studios will charge 100% of the agreed price. You can find the policy in our General Terms and conditions.
Yes, we have a pretty big bathroom which we use as a changing room.
We have heating of course but no air conditioning. We don't need that because the building has been recently renovated and it is very well isolated. So when it's warm out it is cool inside.
Yes we have orange, white, grey, lilac, light blue and more just ask for our current collection.

First come, first serve. You can book your event 60 days prior to the start but it is all up to you 😉
Yes, we are on the ground floor and you can park right in front. So no stairs!
